Looking to motivate your kiddo?
Here are great positive affirmation for kids:
CHOOSE KIND - The #ChooseKind movement was started by R.J. Palacio, the author of Wonder, spreading the idea that it is more important to be kind, than it is to be right. This "When given the choice between right and kind, choose kind, " comes from the quote," by Dr. Wayne Dyer. R.J. Not only will your child be reminded to be kind, but they will spread kindness where ever they go.
I AM A GOOD FRIEND - Sharing and caring doesn't always come easy for kids. Now you can send your toddler out into the world with the positive affirmation, I am a good friend
I AM AWESOME - You might tell your kid they are awesome, but how many times in one day do you think they tell themselves, "I am awesome"? Put these words in their mouth, in their mind and soul, then watch how they create AWESOME in their actions!
I AM BRAVE - For those new, scary toddler moments, send your kids out into the world with the positive affirmation "I am brave".
I AM CREATIVE - Bring out your child's unique, creative self on those days when they lack confidence. Let them know that they are creative, unique, and amazing and they will be reminded ALL DAY.
I AM FREE TO BE ME - Your child is unique, amazing, and enough. Remind them all day that they don't need to be like anyone else. Help them get curious and discover their unique strengths, weaknesses, gifts, and talents, and allow them to see for themselves, "I am perfectly, wonderfully free to be me!"
I CAN DO HARD THINGS - Hearing the words "I can't!" come out of your child's mouth is so deflating. You work so hard to teach them they can do anything. Help reassure them of their ability to do hard things. This will give them the confidence they need to believe they can do anything.
I HAVE GREAT IDEAS - Does your child feel like their thoughts and ideas are not heard or good enough? Kids often come up with their own creative ideas, stories, or creations. Let's keep that fragile spark of creativity burning by reminding them that they have great ideas. That their ideas do matter and are celebrated.
I'VE GOT GRIT - To have grit means you have courage and show the strength of your character. A person with true grit has passion and perseverance.
On those days hard days, remind your child they are courageous and strong. They have what it takes and can do whatever it takes!
